So, Show 20 on Mixcloud and there's a change to the format. From hereon in, shows will be coming in at around an hour a time rather than two hours. The reason for this is quite simple. In today's age of constant activity and calls on our time, it's hard to set aside two hours to listen to the radio. It's sad but true. On the other hand, an hour is about the time it takes to prepare and eat a meal, give the dog a decent walk or unwind from the day's activities. You probably need a soundtrack for that - just saying!

Shorter doers not mean weaker. Think of the show as having the strength and taste of a double espresso rather than the milky bulk of a large Latte.

We'll be keeping the Pop In The Real World Alphabet which, in this show, reaches 'T' for Titles. That's honorific and respectful addresses, not the names given to songs.

We won't be nominating an in depth theme for each show but, as it happens, a fair few of our songs link to or evince happiness. What's not to like. Add to that a blend of stone cold classics, under rated favourites and brand new music and you're set fair for what remains of your day.
